Job Overview
Tedor Pharma Services seeks an experienced Pharmaceutical Operations Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations of our market entry and commercial manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Site Head, you will manage production and warehouse activities, supervise a team of Manufacturing Associates, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all production and warehouse activities
- Perform duties in a compliant manner and adhere to site SOP's, EHS standards and guidelines
- Support implementation of new products and processes into the facility
- Develop and assign work tasks to meet production schedules and ensure efficient resource utilization
- Review GMP documents and initiate cross-functional planning and teamwork
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience or Associate's degree with 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- 3 years of manufacturing supervisory/manager experience or similar leadership role
- Good knowledge of Solid Oral Dosage/Tablet Manufacturing and Warehouse Inventory Management
