**Key Responsibilities:**
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of inmates.
* Develop tailored treatment plans to meet inmates' distinct needs.
* Offer individual and group therapy sessions to promote inmates' well-being.
* Continuously monitor inmate progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
* Keep detailed and confidential clinical records.

**Qualifications:**
