Bookkeeping and Project Support Coordinator
Location : Phoenix, AZ
Duration : 4 weeks, with the possibility of extension
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Pay : $25 – $30 per hour
Start Date : ASAP
Overview :
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeping and Project Support Coordinator to assist with financial tracking, administrative tasks, and project coordination. This contract position is based in Phoenix, AZ, with an initial 4-week commitment and potential for extension. The ideal candidate will have bookkeeping experience, strong Excel skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities :
Manage bookkeeping tasks, including financial tracking and record-keeping
Utilize Excel for data entry, reporting, and analysis
Assist with project coordination and general administrative support
Organize and maintain documentation, scheduling, and communication
Work with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Qualifications :
Experience in bookkeeping or financial administration
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
