Position Overview :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Payment Processing Analyst for a contract role in Phoenix. In this role, you will independently research, analyze, and validate documents and payments that require detailed review. This position involves working within multiple systems to acquire information, correct inaccuracies, and resolve errors efficiently. Success in this role requires meeting production and quality standards within strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities :
Research, analyze, and validate payments and documents requiring a detailed review.
Consult procedural manuals for direction and ensure adherence to established guidelines.
Perform mathematical calculations and cross-reference data to ensure accuracy.
Investigate and resolve system and taxpayer errors by leveraging multiple systems.
Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity while meeting strict deadlines.
Adapt to changing priorities and deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Skills Required :
Knowledge of banking credits and debits.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Workspace applications.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and precision.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively and work independently.
Capacity to perform mathematical computations and analyze data for decision-making.
Preferred Skills :
Experience working in a production-based environment with accuracy and deadline requirements.
