Job Description:
We are seeking a Warehouse Administrative Coordinator for a temp-to-perm opportunity in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role supports daily warehouse operations by scheduling deliveries, tracking shipments, and generating reports. The ideal candidate has experience with Outlook, Excel, Word, and SAP systems, along with strong organizational and communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity to transition into a permanent position with a growing company!
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Some overtime required
Responsibilities:
Schedule and confirm delivery appointments with carriers and vendors.
Track and monitor shipments, invoices, and order statuses for the next day.
Utilize SAP system to accurately enter and update orders.
Generate and distribute daily and weekly warehouse reports on inventory, shipments, and performance metrics.
Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Perform administrative duties, including document management, data entry, and email communication.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse administrative or logistics coordination experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word required.
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a warehouse setting.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
