This is a rare opportunity for a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Nurse Practitioner of Occupational Health to join an employer based clinic in Vidalia, GA with an opportunity to extend. You will be joining a wonderful team and performing DOT physicals to employees and their dependents in the onsite clinic.
Contract from now to 3/21/25 with an opportunity to extend
8-4:30pm shift
Must have license as a NP in GA with an active DEA to apply
Available option to extend in 30 day increments. DOT certification preferred. Patients ages 2-adult.
Services: Primary care and light WC including pre-employment physicals, work place injuries, and DOT exams.
Clinic setting: in person with approx 15% virtual visits
Amount of patients: typically 18/day Previous Work Comp experience would be beneficial
Support: Collaborative physician and NP Group health center manager-virtually
