Position: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Physician Assistant
Location: Elko, NV 89801
Duration: 04/28/25 - 07/04/25 (Possible Temp. to hire for the right fit)
Pay: $80 - 85/hr
Schedule: The schedule will be either Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday, from 8 AM to 7 PM, with 1–2 weekend shifts per month (Saturday or Sunday), working 8 AM to 2 PM.

Primary/Occupational Care employee clinic
Occupational Health, Urgent care, Emergency Room, or experience in a similar setting is highly preferred.
Age: Must see all ages
EPIC experience is a PLUS
Must have an active FNP/PA license in Elko, NV
DEA License preferred
