Family Nurse Practitioner needed for Employee Health Wellness Center in Lumber Bridge, NC.
The Family Nurse Practitioner provides services to clinic patients following adopted clinical protocols under the supervision of licensed physicians. Takes complete histories and performs physical examinations in order to provide a health maintenance plan. Diagnoses and treats common illnesses and injuries under established protocols.
95 hourly / 40 hours per week
Mon -Fri, 8a to 5p
3 month contract position with possible extension
Ages 2 and up - Family Health, Primary Care required
Requirements :
Active license as Family Nurse Practitioner in North Carolina
Primary Care experience required
MUST HAVE a DEA in North Carolina
At least ONE YEAR of acute care experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice or emergency department setting
