We are hiring a Nurse Manager / Unit Manager for a Rehab facility in Lanham, Maryland.
You will support the Director of Nursing with the delivery of high quality care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, and patient / resident, family and employee satisfaction. You will lead, guide and direct the overall operations, coordination and direction of nursing and patient / resident care for an assigned nursing unit.
Salary is $60 hourly
13 week contract that will VERY LIKELY extend multiple times
Hours are 8 : 30a - 5p, Mon - Fri
REQUIREMENTS :
RN required in Maryland or Multistate.
Minimum 2 years clinical supervisory leadership experience.
MUST have the ability to collaborate with staff, physicians, rehabilitation therapy and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients on assigned nursing unit.
