Position : Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Family Practice)
Location : Pleasanton, CA 94588
Pay : $95 - 100 / hr
Schedule : 8 am to 04 : 30 pm / 5 pm - (3-5 days / weekly)
Duration : Contract - 6 to 8 weeks (Possible extension)
Overview : Seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide Primary care Services. Mostly acute and follow-up visits.
Primary Care employee clinic
Must have at least 1-2 years experience in Primary Care or a similar setting
EPIC experience is a PLUS
Must have an active NP License in California
Must have an active BLS from AHA
DEA License preferred
Must have a clean background
