Position: Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
Location: Burley, ID 83318
Duration: 1/06/25 - 3/31/25 (Contract)
Pay: 75 - 80/hr (Based on experience)
Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm (Mon to Fri)
Overview: Seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide primary care services for patients. DOT certification is preferred
Primary/Occupational Care employee clinic
Urgent Care, Occupational Health, Critical Care, Emergency Room, or experience in a similar setting is preferred
EPIC experience is a PLUS
Must have an active NP License in Idaho
Must have an active BLS from AHA
DEA License preferred
DOT certification is highly preferred
