We are looking for RN Autism ASD Case Managers for REMOTE roles in MST (Colorado) 100% REMOTE!!
Job Title : RN Autism ASD Case Managers - Autism Services Navigator
Autism Services Navigator (ASN) nurses needed to collaborate the assessment, planning, facilitation, care coordination, evaluation, and advocacy for options and services for beneficiaries diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
This role requires expertise in case management and strong communication skills to support families and address barriers to care effectively.
100% remote position
Temp to perm position
44 - $46 hourly in Colorado
Day shifts, Monday - Friday, No Weekends
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive case management assessments
Monitor and update care plans regularly to address newly identified needs, services, and treatment options.
Serve as an advocate for families, ensuring access to specialized services and maintaining patient safety.
Provide guidance on benefits, enrollment, and community resources to help families navigate available services.
Participate in case evaluations
Required Qualifications :
MUST clearly show ASD Case Management experience on resume
Current, unrestricted RN license in MST state
MUST be able to pass a Dept of Defense Security Clearance
MUST have at least 3 years in pediatrics, behavioral health or home health
MUST have at least 5 years as a licensed RN
Salary : $44 - $46
