Take & defend depositions
Attend hearings, court appearances
Opportunity to also work in business litigation if desired
Requirements :
Prior experience in plaintiff civil litigation, employment law, class action or wage and hour, PAGA / FLSA
Strong writing skills
CA licensure

130k - $180k base salary DOE; discretionary annual bonus potential up to $10k
Hybrid OR remote position based on YOUR working preference
