Make a meaningful impact through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) by leading a team of Behavior Technicians and caregivers in delivering life-changing care. As a BCBA, you’ll design and oversee personalized treatment plans, drive patient progress, and support your team in providing consistent and effective interventions.
What You’ll Do:
Develop, implement, and monitor ABA treatment plans.
Train and support Behavior Technicians, caregivers, and family members.
Supervise patient care in-person or via telehealth, ensuring clinical excellence.
Serve as a key communicator between caregivers, staff, and other service providers.
Complete progress reports, IEP goals, and other essential documentation.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

Qualifications:

BCBA certification or LPA licensure.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $80,000 - $85,000
