Make a meaningful impact through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) by leading a team of Behavior Technicians and caregivers in delivering life-changing care. As a BCBA, you’ll design and oversee personalized treatment plans, drive patient progress, and support your team in providing consistent and effective interventions.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop, implement, and monitor ABA treatment plans.

• Train and support Behavior Technicians, caregivers, and family members.

• Supervise patient care in-person or via telehealth, ensuring clinical excellence.

• Serve as a key communicator between caregivers, staff, and other service providers.

• Complete progress reports, IEP goals, and other essential documentation.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Psychology or related field.

• BCBA certification or LPA licensure.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $80,000 - $85,000
