What We Offer:
Base Salary: $82,500 annually
Monthly Productivity Bonuses: Earn $800–$1,100 once at full caseload (bonuses begin at 26 billable hours/week)
Total Compensation Potential: up to $100,000
Signing or Relocation Bonus: $10,000
Optional 4-Day Work Week
Career Advancement: RBTs/BAs can transition into BCBA roles after meeting regional goals
Supportive Clinical Environment: Collaborative team, structured onboarding, and ongoing training
Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Experience working with children with ASD (preferred)
Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills
