At TEEMA, we're looking for an experienced liability claims adjuster to oversee professional liability, commercial general liability, contractor pollution, and environmental site coverage claims from initiation to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage claims from start to finish, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Draft Reservation of Rights letters and monitor litigation processes.
- Maintain accurate records in the Claims Administration system.
- Collaborate with the Chief General Counsel on claims-related activities.
Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's degree or 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Adjuster's license is desired, although not mandatory (state-dependent).
Strong knowledge of General Liability principles is essential.
Experience in Environmental and Pollution claims is a significant advantage.
