Liability Claims Adjuster Job Description
We're seeking an experienced claims adjuster to manage various types of liability claims, including Professional Liability, Commercial General Liability, Contractor Pollution, and Environmental Site Coverage.
This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and excel at collaborating with adjusters, brokers, and carriers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee claims from initiation to resolution.
- Draft Reservation of Rights letters and monitor litigation.
- Maintain accurate records in the Claims Administration system.
- Support the Chief General Counsel with claims-related activities.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree or 3 years of relevant experience is required. An Adjuster's license is preferred, depending on the state.
The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of General Liability and may also possess experience with Environmental and Pollution claims.
