- Define and implement a robust QA strategy, combining manual and automated testing.
- Oversee structured end-to-end testing to identify and resolve deficiencies.
- Lead a team of 20 QA professionals across web and mobile platforms.
- Drive agile, product squad-based QA enablement for seamless deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance testing processes and metrics.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in QA leadership, automation, and digital technology testing.
- Expertise in React, React Native, SFCC, Jest, Cypress, and Selenium.
- Strong background in test automation, API testing, and Agile methodologies.
- You have unified disparate testing teams into adopting standards and methodologies
