The right candidate has deep experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions into e-commerce, digital commerce, and web technology environments, engaging with C-suite, IT, and business leaders. You understand how digital asset management (DAM), product information management (PIM), enterprise resource planning (ERP), and configure-price-quote (CPQ) solutions integrate into enterprise ecosystems. You can map technical capabilities to business impact, guiding prospects through high-value, multi-stakeholder deals
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales & Business Development
Aggressively hunt for new enterprise business, targeting global brands, major retailers, and large B2B organizations
Own the full sales cycle, including outbound prospecting, complex stakeholder management, executive engagement, and high-value negotiations
Build tailored value propositions, showing how our platform optimizes workflows, enhances customer experience, and improves business outcomes
Navigate and close large, multi-departmental deals, working with CTOs, CIOs, CMOs, Heads of Digital, and procurement teams
Understand enterprise digital transformation and how our SaaS platform integrates with large-scale ecosystems
Maintain an active pipeline and deliver accurate forecasting using enterprise-grade CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Deep Product & Technical Expertise
Master our imaging platform and its capabilities, from AI-driven content optimization to workflow automation and API-driven integrations
Speak fluently about enterprise digital commerce stacks
Understand API-first architectures and how SaaS platforms integrate into enterprise environments
Collaborate with solutions engineers, product managers, and implementation teams to deliver precise, custom-fit solutions
Executive-Level Presentations & Storytelling
Craft and deliver compelling enterprise sales presentations, tailored to each client’s industry, tech stack, and business objectives
Build highly polished, visually impactful sales materials, backed by data and clear ROI
Conduct C-level demos and workshops, showing how our platform delivers business
transformation
Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and market positioning
Required Skills & Experience Enterprise Sales & Strategic Selling
7 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record in high-value consultative selling
Experience selling to Fortune 1000 companies, global brands, or large-scale B2B enterprises
Strong outbound prospecting skills and ability to drive multimillion-dollar deals from cold
outreach to close
Ability to navigate long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, influencing technical and business
leaders at every stage
Proven ability to exceed $1M quotas in enterprise SaaS sales
Technical & Industry Knowledge
- Deep understanding of enterprise digital commerce architecture
o ERP, PIM, DAM, CPQ, CDNs, and custom e-commerce infrastructures o API-driven integrations, cloud computing, and SaaS deployment models
Ability to engage in deep technical conversations while translating features into business value for executive buyers
Knowledge of data governance, AI-driven automation, and digital content workflows is a strong plus
Must be able and willing to commute into the Billerica office as needed, currently Tuesdays,
Wednesdays, and Thursdays
