We are looking for a highly organized Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to coordinate and manage preventative and corrective maintenance activities within our mission critical facility. The role involves ensuring compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and managing vendor relationships to maintain operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage vendor compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
Schedule and coordinate vendor orientations and access.
Solicit bids for maintenance contracts and capital projects.
Utilize ERP systems for asset management and maintenance scheduling.
Review and approve vendor invoices based on completed maintenance.
Provide administrative support and assist with process improvements.
Support contract renewals and negotiations.
Handle after-hours emergency scheduling requests as needed.
Required Skills:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and professionalism in vendor relations.
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management or ERP systems.
Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in data centers.
Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and the ability to read technical drawings.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, MMP certification or equivalent experience.
Associate degree or higher in a related field preferred.
5 years’ experience in maintenance planning for production, facilities, or mechanical environments.
