Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality primary care services to patients with complex medical needs, including mental health and substance abuse support
- Develop and lead community prevention programs, research initiatives, and evaluation services to drive improved patient outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care, addressing the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients
Requirements:
- Hold a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Primary Care Physician, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care
- Obtain BLS/ACLS/PALS certification prior to starting, demonstrating expertise in emergency response and life-saving skills
- Maintain a professional reputation, with no malpractice claims within the last ten (10) years
- Hold a valid state license to practice medicine, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics
