Family Practice

**Job Title:** Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a qualified Family Physician to join our team in Nowata, OK.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (40 hours/week)
• Option for 10-hour days available

Contract Details:

• Temporary to Permanent position, starting with a 13-week contract
• Possibility to transition to permanent status after the contract period

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience as a physician
• BLS/ACLS and PALS certifications required or obtainable prior to start date
• No malpractice incidents within the last 10 years
• Active state medical license (local preference but all states considered)

Compensation:

• All-inclusive weekly rate of $5,000-$6,000 based on 40 hours/week
• Physician is responsible for housing and transportation arrangements if not local

Population Served:

• Outpatient health center providing primary care and behavioral health services
• Serves individuals from adolescents to adults
• Offers various services including mental health, substance abuse treatment, and community programs

Salary : $5,000 - $6,000
