The ideal candidate will:
- Oversee claims from inception to closure
- Prepare and send Reservation of Rights letters and coordinate litigation efforts
- Maintain accurate claim data within the Claims Administration system
- Support the Chief General Counsel on claims-related projects
Candidates Must Possess:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- State-issued adjuster's license (if necessary)
- In-depth knowledge of General Liability concepts
- Desirable: Experience in Environmental and Pollution claims
