This role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes class and PAGA litigation matters while advising clients on complex federal and state employment laws.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Defend class and representative actions, including PAGA litigation
✔️ Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery requests
✔️ Prepare and argue motions, conduct depositions
✔️ Provide employment counseling on state and federal regulations
✔️ Trial experience is a plus but not required
What You Bring:
✅ Juris Doctorate (JD) required
✅ Active NY Bar license
✅ Strong research, writing, and litigation skills
✅ Experience in employment law and complex litigation
Compensation & Benefits:
