Qualifications :
Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
Licensed to practice law in the state where the office is located (New York or Pennsylvania).
Key Skills & Experience :
Proven experience in all aspects of general commercial litigation, including contract and business disputes and white-collar defense.
Strong research and writing skills paired with an outstanding academic record.
Clerkship or trial experience is a plus.
Prior experience in a large law firm environment is highly valued.
Compensation & Benefits :
