Our client in their Pennsylvania office is looking for a Litigation Associate with 2 to 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of general commercial litigation.
Requirements
Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
Strong research, writing skills, and academic record.
Experience in all aspects of general commercial litigation.
Experience in the state and federal courts
Experience drafting and responding to initial pleadings and discovery.
Experience drafting and arguing motions.
Experience taking and defending depositions, including expert depositions.
Trial experience a plus but not required.
Large law firm experience strongly preferred.
