Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) – Onsite Health Center
Location : Greensboro, NC
Shift : Monday – Thursday, 7 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM; Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM (30-minute meal break)
Contract Length : 8 weeks (02 / 10 / 2025 – 03 / 31 / 2025), with potential for extension
Position Overview
Premise Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide exceptional care at our onsite company health center located at an onsite company health center in Richmond, VA. This role is perfect for a provider skilled in full primary care, chronic condition management and preventive services who thrives in a workplace health setting.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive primary care, including chronic condition management and acute care services.
Perform physical and well-woman exams, immunizations and lab services.
Provide health education and counseling to employees to promote wellness and prevent illness.
Utilize Epic EMR for accurate and efficient patient documentation and care coordination.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care in a professional workplace environment.
Qualifications Desired
Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in Virginia.
National certification (e.g., AANP, ANCC, NCCPA).
2 years of clinical experience in primary care or a related field.
Experience with Epic EMR is essential.
Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills with a commitment to high-quality patient care.
