Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary and acute care to patients aged 6 months and up
- Conduct physical examinations and deliver preventive health services
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests
- Develop and document treatment plans based on clinical assessment
- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with clinical guidelines
- Collaborate with supervising physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed
- Utilize EPIC EMR system for all documentation
- Refer patients to specialists or physicians when appropriate
- Other duties as assigned
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in Colorado
- Board certification (FNP preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a primary care or urgent care setting
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR
- Strong interpersonal and clinical decision-making skills
- Competitive pay with premium rates for 1099
- Stable weekday schedule (4-day workweek)
