Nurse Practitioner Family Medicine (NPFM) | Nurse Practitioner Occupational Health (NPOH)
Location: Vidalia, GA
Contract Duration: February 24, 2025 – March 21, 2025 (with 30 day extensions possible)
Position Overview:
TEEMA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NPFM | NPOH) to join our health center team in Vidalia, GA. This is a short-term contract position with an option for extension in 30-day increments. The ideal candidate will hold an active Georgia license and have experience in primary care and occupational health.
Details:
Shift: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute meal break)
Contract Weeks: 4 weeks (32-hour guarantee per week)
Patients: Ages 2 through adult, averaging 18 patients per day
Setting: On-site clinic with approximately 15% virtual visits
Services: Primary care, light workers’ compensation, pre-employment physicals, workplace injuries and DOT exams
Support Team: Collaborative physician, NP group and a virtual health center manager
Preferred Qualifications:
DOT certification (preferred, not required)
Experience in workers’ compensation or occupational health settings
Strong ability to handle a diverse patient population and provide high-quality care
Requirements:
Active Georgia Nurse Practitioner license
Availability for the full contract period
DOT certification preferred but not mandatory
