- Shift: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (30-minute meal break)
- Contract Weeks: 12 weeks (40-hour guarantee per week)
- Services: Primary care, light workers’ compensation, pre-employment physicals, workplace injuries, and DOT exams
- Experience in workers’ compensation or occupational health settings
- Strong ability to handle a diverse patient population and provide high-quality care
- Active Colorado Nurse Practitioner license
- Availability for the full contract period
