Job Posting : Registered Nurse - Occupational Health
Location : Company Onsite Clinic, Frederick, MD
Shift : Monday-Friday, 11 PM – 7 : 30 AM (30-minute meal break)
Contract Length : 4 weeks, with potential for extension or temp-to-perm opportunity
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in an occupational health setting at an onsite clinic in Frederick, MD. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in an overnight schedule and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment focused on employee health and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver direct patient care, including triage and treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses.
Support health and wellness programs, including health assessments and screenings.
Perform drug and alcohol testing, fit-for-duty evaluations, and case management for work-related incidents.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote a safe and healthy workplace environment.
Qualifications
Active and unrestricted RN license in Maryland.
BLS certification required; additional certifications (e.g., COHN) are a plus.
Experience in occupational health, emergency care, or urgent care preferred.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently on an overnight shift.
Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR).
