• Supervise medical care personnel, including PCP Nurse Practitioners, RNs, and Certified Medical Assistants
• Deliver care within the Interdisciplinary Team framework
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Experience working in an outpatient clinic setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Geriatric medicine expertise preferred
