Location: Nashville, TN
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person (2 Openings)
Salary: $110,000 /year (negotiable) Monthly Bonus
Signing/Relocation Bonus: $5,000-$10,000
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologists or Neuropsychologists to join our center-based team in Nashville. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide a mix of telehealth and in-person care while working with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental disorders.
Responsibilities:
Conduct diagnostic evaluations using intellectual and neuropsychological testing.
Measure and interpret test results, designing protocols for monitoring neurocognitive and emotional status.
Perform screenings and evidence-based diagnostic outpatient evaluations for ASD and related conditions.
Provide timely, oral, and written feedback to families.
Maintain detailed clinical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in regular care meetings.
Conduct 4-6 tests per week with intake/feedback cycles occurring every 4-6 weeks.
Qualifications:
Must be licensed as a Clinical Psychologist or Neuropsychologist in Tennessee.
Prior testing experience is a plus (training available).
No prior experience required for working with children—training provided.
ASD experience is a plus but not necessary (training available).
Bonus Plan:
Monthly bonuses range from $600-$1,200 based on developmental and complex assessments completed.
