Pediatric Clinical Psychologist / Neuropsychologist
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person
Salary: $110,000 per year (negotiable) Monthly Bonus
Signing/Relocation Bonus: $5,000–$10,000
We’re hiring a licensed Pediatric Psychologist or Neuropsychologist to join our center-based team. This full-time opportunity is ideal for psychologists passionate about working with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental conditions. You’ll provide a mix of in-person and telehealth assessments in a supportive and collaborative clinic setting.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for children and teens
Administer and interpret developmental, cognitive, and emotional assessments
Perform diagnostic evaluations for ASD and related developmental disorders
Deliver results and feedback to families in a timely and compassionate manner
Maintain clear and accurate documentation using EMR
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (including BCBAs, RBTs, and therapists)
Complete 4–6 assessments per week, with intake/feedback cycles every 4–6 weeks
Qualifications:
Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Neuropsychologist.
Experience with psychological testing (training available for early-career professionals)
Experience working with children is helpful—but not required (training provided)
Experience with autism evaluations or developmental testing is a plus
Compensation & Bonus Plan:
Base Salary: $110,000 (negotiable based on experience)
Monthly Bonuses: $600–$1,200 based on completed developmental and complex assessments
Signing/Relocation Bonus: $5,000–$10,000
