Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Telemetry unit in a dynamic hospital setting. This position requires a nurse with at least two years of recent telemetry nursing experience, capable of delivering high-quality care to patients with cardiac conditions. As an RN in the telemetry unit, you will be responsible for monitoring patients' vital signs, interpreting telemetry readings, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal care.

Location: Hospital Setting

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor patients’ cardiac telemetry and interpret vital sign readings.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to create and execute individualized care plans.
• Provide patient education on medical conditions and treatment plans.
• Respond quickly to changes in patient conditions and take appropriate actions.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent telemetry nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Strong understanding of cardiac monitoring, rhythms, and telemetry care protocols.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
