This is providing support for internal end users and potentially some customers as well.
Responsibilities:
- Remote Helpdesk Support and Onsite Desktop Support
- Providing support on Windows 11 OS.
- Providing implementation support.
- Providing trouble ticket resolution.
- Providing basic support of Azure AD.
- Providing support on Office 365.
- Providing hardware support.
- Providing cabling support with Cat 5 and Cat 6.
Requirements:
- CompTia A Certification
- 3-5 years experience in End User / IT Support
