Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care, including triage and treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses.
- Support health and wellness programs, including health assessments and screenings.
- Perform drug and alcohol testing, fit-for-duty evaluations, and case management for work-related incidents.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote a safe and healthy workplace environment.
- Active and unrestricted RN license in Maryland.
- BLS certification required; additional certifications (e.g., COHN) are a plus.
- Experience in occupational health, emergency care, or urgent care preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently on an overnight shift.
- Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR).
- Flexible contract with potential for extension or transition to a permanent position.
