- Assist students in understanding their problems and developing goals.
- Lead group counseling sessions and provide individual counseling.
- Manage student cases and work collaboratively with staff to ensure comprehensive support.
Qualifications and Skills
- Master's degree in Counseling or a relevant field.
- Understanding of practical Biblical principles.
- Previous experience working with youth and families is preferred.
- Background check and pastoral or ministerial leader reference required.
