Requirements
- Master's degree (preferred) in Counseling or a relevant field such as psychology, social work, pastoral counseling, etc.
- Must understand the practical application of Biblical principles
- Previous experience working with youth and families is preferred
- A background check and pastoral or ministerial leader reference is required
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high standards of professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong time management, critical thinking, and documentation skills
- Ability to create a comfortable, safe environment for students and parents
- Understanding of the issues facing teens and applicable intervention strategies
