Job summary
The post holder will take responsibility for a personal portfolio of internal training courses and will be responsible for the administration function for all the courses allocated. This will include booking trainers, venues, catering and equipment formandatory and other training events as appropriate.
The post holder will be responsible for receiving and processing applications for events, ensuring all data is maintained accurately on appropriate training databases including the Oracle Learning Management system in line with Trust policy and post holder will provide information, advice and guidance to all staff relating to scheduled or unscheduled training events and deal with any queries.
Main duties of the job
Provide typed work of a high standard to support the team including but not exclusive to : handouts, flyers, Emails, letters, registers, reports on bookings mail merge and check for accuracy prior to and rearrange training courses where applicable.Provide and prepare workshop materials, training packs, handouts, evaluations, attendance certificates etc as required ensuring all documents are up to date and accurate and provide these within the agreed training rooms are adequately stocked while rooms are managed by the team and maintain stock stationery for the department and any ad hoc requirements as necessary via provide information, advice and guidance to staff and reports as requestedUtilise a range of software packages to store and update training programmes and materials and to use for production of reports.Maintain quality of service and information provided both directly to staff and on the web pages.
