Tees and More, LLC is currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist who will be responsible for executing a variety of general administrative tasks, which include but are not limited to providing support to our managers, graphics department, production department, and customers. Duties/Responsibilities
- Greet customers in person and over the phone in a friendly and professional manner
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate information and price quotes by using the right methods/tools
- Knowledge of garment styles offered to customers and how to search vendor websites and catalogs for specific styles
- Base knowledge of the Embroidery and Screen Printing process and how it affects customer quotes, eligible garment styles and colors, and minimum orders.
- Identify customer job needs and recommend additional value-added services
- Generate sales leads
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Accurately enter estimates and orders in PeachTree software
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Handle cash, check, or credit card transactions and deposits at front counter
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Customer support experience required
- Office administrative experience preferred
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong phone handling skills and active listening
Education and Experience
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- High school or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to carry/lift at least 50 lbs.

Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour (based off experience)
