Role Overview

Teez Agency is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth. This role starts as a hands-on sales lead, targeting 5 to 6-figure deals, and evolves into a leadership position where you’ll build and manage a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a startup environment, has mastered the full sales cycle, and knows how to bring in premium clients seeking elevated content and strategic social campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle : from prospecting and lead generation to closing major deals.
  • Identify and secure 5- and 6-figure opportunities with food and beverage brands and marketing agencies.
  • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy and pipeline to exceed revenue targets.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a growing sales team, establishing scalable processes.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the food and beverage industry.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to align client needs with our unique services in premium content creation and social strategy development.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals (5-6 figures preferred).
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build and lead.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, account management, and market trends.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment, with minimal oversight.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, premium content creation, or social strategy development is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
