We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Expert to join our team at TEEZ Hair Studio in Highland Village, TX. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities :

  • Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and manage the salon's booking system
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services and pricing
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

    • Requirements :

  • Previous customer service experience in a salon or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
  • Familiarity with salon booking software is a plus
  • A passion for the beauty and wellness industry
