Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in clients with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with client inquiries
• Process payments and manage retail product sales
• Ability to sell and upsell salon products and services
• Ability to make and work with sales goals
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
• Assist stylists and salon manager with various tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Prior customer service experience in a salon or similar environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in computer systems and salon software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
