Key Responsibilities:
- Install various products at job sites, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.
- Use all types of power tools and equipment to complete installations accurately and efficiently.
- Problem-solve on-site to address challenges and make necessary adjustments to meet customer specifications.
- Apply carpentry and welding skills as required for specific installations and customizations.
- Ensure that all installations are done safely, on-time, and up to code.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while interacting with customers and other team members.
- Work efficiently and independently in the field while keeping the team informed about progress.
- Be flexible and willing to work beyond regular working hours if installs run late or require extra time.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on in-field installation.
- Proven ability to use all power tools and equipment necessary for installations.

- Carpentry and welding skills, with the ability to use both as needed for various projects.
- Must be over 25 years old.
- Clean driver’s record and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when needed to complete installs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials or equipment.
- Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
