Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The primary responsibility of this person will be as a server working about 2-3 shifts per week, ideal for a second job or an opportunity to make extra cash. This position is required to serve our guests with excellence. Experience bartending is ideal. This dual role ensures a well-rounded and dynamic work experience in both front-of-house service and bar operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to guests in the dining area, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, delivering items promptly.
• Assist guests with menu selections, including accommodating dietary restrictions.
• Maintain a high level of quality assurance and cleanliness .
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Schedule:

• Primary server shifts would be scheduled within the following hours: Wednesday to Saturday: 4:00 PM to 10:30/11:00 PM, Sunday: 4:00 PM to 10:00/10:30 PM
• Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, and lunch service is not offered.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a server
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and spirits is a plus.
• Passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences.
