As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting members and potential members over the phone with their requests, explaining credit union products and loan services, responding to problems, and resolving them.
This is a full-time, 40 hour / week position, Monday - Saturday, but the schedule varies; you must have flexible availability.
