What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales position at Tegan Lighting?

The ideal candidate will work with our customers to sell beautiful lighting. Wonderful position for an experienced person who is interested in design and technology and desires a wide variety of tasks.

The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for, but not limited to, the following :

Provide sales support; cultivates relationships with current and prospective clients
Provide customer support; including entering orders, quotes and technical product support

Preferred education and experience :

Bachelor's degree, ideally in Communications or Marketing or equal experience

At least three years' experience in same or related field

Strong interest in design and architecture

Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Power Point, Word & Excel)

Key Competencies :

Strong aptitude for technical products

Meticulous attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Highly organized, efficient

Ability to work independently and work well with others
