Tegeler and Associates, a family-owned, statewide independent insurance agency, is seeking a customer service professional for our Douglas office to assist in general office duties and service personal lines policies.
Requirements:
- Must already reside in or be a commutable distance to Douglas, WY
- Must have a strong ability to learn and retain industry related information
- Must have a Great Attitude and Excellent Communication & Customer Service Skills
- Honesty, Dependability, Confidentiality and Attention to Detail are musts
- Minimum education of HS diploma, prefer Associates Degree or higher
- Computer and Technology Savvy
- Must obtain property and casualty insurance license within 4 months of employment
Duties:
- Assist customers in servicing property and casualty insurance policies
- Assist office staff as needed
- Maintain and track existing and new accounts in company database
- Analyze customer needs, explain policy coverages, procure quotes
- Work independently, while part of a team, and adhere to all company policies and professional standards
