Job Summary
Produce weekly/monthly financial reports and operational KPI metrics to management and operational team. Provide financial analytics to track business performance and identify improvement opportunities. Role and Responsibilities
- Support accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial closing at month, quarter, and year-end.
- Produce weekly and monthly financial report, inventory movement and operational KPI reports.
- Evaluate financial performance by analyzing actual results with plans, forecasts, and year-over-year.
- Provide gap analysis and trend analysis to identify actions needed and opportunities for improvements.
- Lead machine and labor rates updates as well as standard price updates and provide cost and margin variance analysis on key customers and high-volume products.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and dashboards to support business needs and decision-making.
- Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Support profit and cost centers settlement and allocation review and updates.
- Assist internal and external audit requests as needed.
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications
- Work Experience: 3 years in finance or business analyst role is required.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point); SAP experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and time management skills are required.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools is not necessary but a plus (Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI etc.).
Education Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University is required.
